- Background Checks
- Insight Integrity Survey
- Immediate drug screens
- Skills Assessments
- Behavioral Interview/li>
- Reference Checks
- We call within fifteen minutes of start time to confirm our employee has arrived safely and on time
- We call halfway through the first day to check if our employee is working to the standards expected
- Once a week we call to check the performance of all our employees
- We do an exit interview with all employees at the end of their assignment
