Write and Place Advertisements
We target advertising towards specific markets and publications for the best results. Use of name and logo in advertisements increases our ability to recruit more qualified individuals.
Thorough Prescreening of Advertisement Responses
We screen all telephone, walk-in and resume responses from advertisements using your standards for screening all positions. Heavy emphasis on screening out those who do not have reliable transportation, will not take a drug screen, will not release Criminal records and will not abide by your minimum hiring requirements. We could receive responses at our office or during designated times at your facilities.
Testing/Evaluations
Any Pre-employment assessments/tests (Skills Tests, Dexterity Tests, Personality Profiles, SkillCheck Office Skills Evaluations and industry/company specific Tests) can be administered at our site. Results on each qualified individual will be provided to you.
Insight Integrity Survey
We screen prospective employees for: Workers' Compensation Fraud, Dependability, Dishonesty, Violence, Substance Abuse and Theft. Beacon is confident this screening tool will save any company from hiring undesirable employees which will save both time and money. It is a validated survey requiring about 20 minutes to take with pass or fail results available immediately.
Interviewing
We interview all qualified prescreened candidates, as well as record your structured interview answers and general comments. We will also present summary information to you, and coordinate the next interview with your personnel.
Reference Checking
We confirm all information for accuracy and contact at least 2 references (determining track record of performance). We include copies of all references (via mail or telephone) with summary.
Drug Screening
We setup 3, 5, or 7 panel drug screen with an approved Laboratory. We will coordinate all paperwork and communicate results promptly.
Follow-up
We send all rejected candidates thank you letters or contact by phone.
