Applicant
s may have great skills, but not qualify to work for Beacon. Our structured process helps find talent and dependability.
Step 1 -- All applicants are given our Pre-Application Questionnaire.
Step 2 -- If they meet these stipulations they are given the Insight Integrity Survey.
Step 3 -- If they pass our Insight Survey (33% don’t), they take skills and position appropriate testing.
Step 4 – Then our Staffing Specialists conduct a structured interview concentrating on gaps of employment and reasons for leaving.
Step 5 – We verify a minimum of 2 reference checks for every applicant.
Step 6 -- We conduct a Criminal Background Check and Social Security Verification using www.backgroundchecks.com
Step 7 -- Drug Screens will be administered just before sending on assignment.
